1. 培养目标
以“卓越建筑师人才”培养为主要目标,以企业与社会需求为导向,学生通过专业系列课程的学习,掌握建筑设计的基本原理、历史建筑及历史环境的保护设计原则、体系及技术,同时掌握建筑材料与构造、美学与艺术、物理环境控制等专业理论和相关知识,了解文物建筑、历史建筑保护系统知识、建筑安全性、建筑与行为、城市规划与景观设计等专业理论和相关知识,有能力应用建筑设计原理进行历史建筑保护方案及规划设计,具备综合分析与组织、判断与表达能力。
毕业生主要成为在文物保护系统、城乡建设系统中从事历史建筑、文化遗产的保护规划、保护和修缮设计、历史街区保护规划等方向的设计、科研、开发、管理的高级专门人才。同时又能从事建筑、规划、景园等领域的相关工作。
2. 专业特色
以建筑学学科为基。餍蘩方ㄖ保护理论及其技术,兼修建筑历史与理论、城市规划与设计、建筑技术科学、考古文博等学科内容,强调“厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质”专业培养。围绕“立足首都,面向全国,依托建筑行业,服务城乡建设”办学方向,培养适应文物建筑、历史建筑保护行业需求,既具备建筑学专业的基本知识和技能,又系统掌握历史建筑与历史环境保护与再利用的理论、方法和技术的毕业生。

1.基本要求
(1)适应国家和社会经济发展和建设需要,德智体美劳全面发展;具有一定的自然科学、人文社会科学、工程技术、环境科学、法律、国防、经济、项目管理等知识。
(2)了解有关科技发展的新动向,知识面较宽,富有实干精神,具备较好的文化意识。
(3)具有良好的心理素质和健康的身体,了解体育运动的意义和基本知识,养成良好的体育运动习惯,达到国家大学生体质健康标准。
2.业务要求
(1)理解建筑师的职业道德和社会责任,具有一定的哲学、艺术和人文素养及社会交际能力,具有环境保护和可持续发展的意识。
(2)掌握本专业必需的基础科学理论、基础知识及必要的专业技能;具有较扎实的工程素质、实践能力和创新能力基础。

九、毕业合格标准
1.本专业毕业班学生在开始“毕业设计(开题)”前必须修满先修课程学分。
2.本专业“毕业设计”实行中期检查制。中期检查(含复审)结论为“不通过”者,不能继续在本年级进行“毕业设计”,须按照弹性学制相关规定,降级重修“毕业设计”。
3.本专业毕业要求的最低总学分数为186.5学分。其中,“理论教学”类最低总学分数为125.5学分(课内理论教学2008学时),“独立设置的实践教学”总学分数为53学分。

1. Program Objectives
"Excellent architect talent" training as the main objectives to the needs of business and society-oriented students through the study of professional courses, to master the basic principles of architectural design, design principles to protect historic buildings and historic environment, systems and technology, while master of building materials and construction, aesthetics and art, physical environmental control theory and professional knowledge, understanding of heritage buildings of historic buildings protection system knowledge, building safety, construction and behavior, such as urban planning and landscape design theory and professional knowledge, there the ability to apply the principles of architectural design and historical building protection program planning and design, with a comprehensive analysis and organization, judgment and skills.
Graduates to become engaged in a historic building in the main heritage systems, urban and rural construction system, designed to protect senior professionals planning, protection and restoration design, historic neighborhoods such as the direction of cultural heritage conservation planning, research, development and management. While engaged in work related to architecture, planning, Garden and other areas.
2. Characteristics
On the basis of the professional educational principle of "thick and solid foundation, wide channel, strong ability, high quality, more attention to the practice", basing on Architecture Science, the discipline of Historic building Protecting Theory and Technology is the backbone, accompanied by such other disciplines as Architectural History and Theory, Urban and Rural Planning and Design, Architectural Technology and Science, and Archaeology.
Around the running concept of our university, "based in Beijing, facing the whole country, relying on the construction industry, and serving for urban and rural construction", devoting itself to cultivate outstanding graduates, who meet the need of heritage and historic buildings’ protection industry. The graduates not only have the basic architecture of professional knowledge and skills, but also grasp the theory, methods and techniques of historic building and environment protection and reuse systematicly.
The main professional design focuses on historic buildings protecting, accompanied by the digital technology virtual simulation of as the main feature.

1.Basic requirement
(1) Students have ability to adapt to the demands of economic development and construction of the country and the society, to have integrated all-round development of Moral education, intellectual education, sports, aesthetic education and labor education, and also to have certain knowledge of natural science, humanitic and social science, engineering technology,environmental science, law, national defense, economy, and project management.

IX. Graduation Requirements
1Students must get credits of prerequisite courses before they start the diploma design.
2Students must finish the mid-term inspection and examination of the diploma design.
Students who get “not pass” in the mid-term examination (including recheck) will have to stop the ongoing diploma design, and then are given the chance to apply for the next diploma design according to the relevant regulations of “flexible educational system (4-8 years)”.
3Students need get 186.5 credits (the minimum of totalcredits) during their 4-year study,
